Integrated. Contextual. Transformational.

ELCIN DMDSS delivers a wide range of programmes that reflect the evolving needs of Namibia’s communities and the realities on the ground. All our work is guided by a faith-based, rights-based, and community-led approach.

Women, Youth Empowerment & Livelihoods

We equip women and young people with livelihood skills, vocational training, mentorship, and entrepreneurship support—especially in underserved regions where unemployment is driving migration and social imbalance.

Climate Resilience & Food Security

In response to recurring droughts, floods, and shifting weather patterns, we promote sustainable agriculture, climate adaptation, and conservation agriculture to secure livelihoods and nutrition.

Gender Justice & Child Protection

We work with communities, schools, and churches to promote gender equality, prevent gender-based violence, and protect children’s rights through education, advocacy, and safe spaces.

Psychosocial and Pastoral Care

Through trained lay counsellors and pastors, we address the spiritual and emotional well-being of individuals facing depression, alcohol abuse, grief, and trauma—strengthening families and restoring hope.

Indigenous Community Development

We serve vulnerable populations in indigenous communities by co-designing community initiatives that address systemic poverty.

Institutional Capacity Building

We support churches, faith-based organizations, and civil society groups with training in governance, strategic planning, results-based management, and organizational development.
